Upload a list, send everyone their certificate
Start with a spreadsheet of participants saved as a CSV file: name, email, course and date. Diplino creates a personal certificate for each row and emails it to that participant. You do not attach files or write emails one by one. Diplino also sends an automatic reminder to participants who have not opened their certificate, and shows you which emails bounced or were not opened so you can resend them.
Your design on every certificate
Add your logo and colours once and every certificate uses them, on every plan. From the Pro plan the certificates carry no Diplino branding.
A verification page for each certificate
Every certificate has its own verification page and QR code. An employer or a school can check in seconds that it is genuine and issued by you, without emailing you to ask.
Fix a name without starting over
If a name is misspelled, correct it and resend. That does not use up a certificate, because there is no fee per certificate. Resending to someone who lost the email works the same way.
Nine languages, data in the EU
Certificates, emails and the verification page work in English, Swedish, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish and Norwegian. Data is hosted in the EU, with a DPA on every plan.
