The certificate shows both languages side by side.

The sample has a watermark and cannot be verified. Nothing you type is stored.

A certificate for everyone who was there

The conference is over and 300 people want proof that they attended, often because their employer or professional body asks for it. Making 300 PDFs by hand and attaching them to emails takes an afternoon, and the questions about misspelt names arrive for weeks.

With Diplino you export the attendee list from your registration tool, upload it as a CSV file and send. Every participant gets their own certificate of attendance by email, with a link to a verification page.

What goes on a certificate of attendance

The participant's name, the name of the event, the date and the place, and who organised it. Many organisers also state the number of hours or sessions, which you can write in the course description, for example "6 hours, 4 sessions". Add your logo, a signature and, if the event was run with a partner, a second logo.

Try it on this page

Make a free sample certificate with your own logo and event name and download it as a PDF. No sign-up needed. A sample has a watermark and cannot be verified; real certificates are issued from your account.

One upload after the event

The CSV file needs one row per attendee with name and email. Before you send, every row appears in a review table, so a typo in a name is fixed before anyone sees it. If a name is still wrong afterwards, you correct it and resend at no cost.

Diplino sends an automatic reminder to participants who have not opened their certificate, and shows you which emails bounced or were not opened so you can resend them.

Easy to check, easy to share

Each certificate has its own verification page and QR code and is digitally signed. An employer or a professional body opens the link and sees the name, the event, the date and who issued it. Participants can add the certificate to their LinkedIn profile with one button, which also shows your event to their network.

Recurring events and webinars

If you run the same seminar or webinar several times a year, you set up the template once and reuse it for each date. Certificates can also be bilingual, for example English and French for an international audience, on every plan.

Plans

Your logo is on every plan, there is no fee per certificate, and data is hosted in the EU with a DPA on every plan. The Free plan includes 10 certificates, and paid plans start at 12 EUR a month billed annually.

You issue the certificate as the organiser. Diplino creates, sends and verifies it; it does not accredit events or award CPD points.
