What goes on a certificate of completion
A clear certificate of completion answers four questions at a glance: who completed the course, which course it was, when it ended and who issued it. Many organisations also add the number of hours, the instructor's name and a short description of what the course covered.
Sample or real certificate
The sample you create on this page is a PDF with a watermark. It shows how your certificate will look, but it cannot be checked by anyone, because it has no verification code.
A real certificate from Diplino has its own verification page and a QR code. An employer or a school can confirm in seconds that it is genuine and issued by you, and the participant can add it to LinkedIn in one click.
Send certificates to a whole course
When the layout is right, you upload your participant list and every participant receives a personal certificate by email. Diplino also sends an automatic reminder to participants who have not opened their certificate, and shows you which emails bounced or were not opened so you can resend them. You can correct or revoke a certificate later, and the verification page always shows the current status.
