CPD and training certificates for professional associations
Professional associations run courses, seminars and CPD sessions all year. Set up a certificate template per course once, upload each session's list and every member gets a verifiable certificate.
Certificates your members can use
A professional association often runs a course or a CPD session every few weeks: a webinar for members, a two-day course, the annual conference. Each one ends with a certificate that members keep for their CPD record or show to an employer. When the certificates are made by hand in a design tool, one person on a small staff spends hours on every session.
With Diplino you set up a certificate template per course once, under your association's own name and logo. After each session you upload the participant list as a CSV file, and every member gets their certificate by email with a link to a verification page.
A CPD certificate template that stays the same
The template holds your logo, the course name, a signature with name and role, and a fixed text such as your CPD statement. In the course description you can write the hours or CPD points the session gives, for example "3 CPD hours". You choose between three layouts: Classic, Modern and Clean portrait. Every certificate from the same course looks the same, whoever on the team sends it.

Many courses, little administration
Each session is one CSV upload with one row per member, checked in a review table before you send. Diplino sends an automatic reminder to members who have not opened their certificate, and shows you which emails bounced or were not opened so you can resend them. Corrections and resends cost nothing, and there is no fee per certificate, so a busy year does not raise your bill.
Verification for employers and regulators
Each certificate has its own verification page and QR code and is digitally signed. An employer, an auditor or the member's own professional body opens the link and sees the name, the course, the date and that your association issued it. Members can add the certificate to LinkedIn with one button. Issued certificates stay valid and verifiable even if you later cancel your subscription.
Members in more than one language
Diplino issues certificates in 13 languages, and a certificate can show two of them, for example English and French or English and German. Bilingual certificates are included on every plan, including Free.
Plans
The Free plan includes 10 certificates, and paid plans start at 12 EUR a month billed annually. Data is hosted in the EU with a DPA on every plan.
Your association issues the certificate and decides what it is worth for CPD. Diplino creates, sends and verifies it; it does not accredit courses or award CPD points.
