The diploma and the transcript in one PDF

An MBA graduate applying for a job is often asked for two documents: the diploma and the transcript. With Diplino they are the same PDF. Page 1 is the diploma. The pages after it list the graduate's courses with credits, grades and dates, a total, your grading scale and a note under the table if you need one.

What goes on page 1

The programme name and specialisation, total credits, the level of the degree, the thesis title, the completion and issue dates, and a fixed text you write yourself, such as an accreditation statement. Add two or more signatures with name and role, a second logo for an accrediting body or partner university, and the QR code.

Grades from a CSV file

You set up the programme's courses and credits once. Grades and dates for each graduate come from a CSV file exported from your student system or a spreadsheet, with one row per graduate and one column per course, the way class lists usually leave a student system. A template shows the columns. Before you issue, everything appears in a review table where you can correct single grades by hand.

Long course lists

When the list of courses is long, the table continues on the next page. Every page has a header with your logo, the graduate's name and the diploma number, and page numbers such as "Page 2 of 3". A separate page can describe the programme's content and learning outcomes, written once for the whole cohort.

Student ID only on the PDF

If your diplomas carry a student number or a national ID, such as an Emirates ID, you can add it as an optional field. It is printed only on the PDF: on page 1, and in the header of the following pages if you choose. It is never shown on the verification page.

English and Arabic on the same diploma

A diploma can also be bilingual. Course names appear in both languages on the same table row, and with Arabic the Arabic text sits on the right and reads right to left.

A verification page for every diploma

Each diploma has its own verification page and QR code and is digitally signed. An employer sees the graduate's name, the programme and specialisation, the level, the credits, the thesis, the dates and who issued it, plus the courses with credits and grades unless you choose to hide the course list. On a bilingual diploma the names appear in both languages. Data is hosted in the EU, with a DPA on every plan, and corrections and resends cost nothing. Diplomas are included from the Business plan; course certificates and bilingual certificates are on every plan, including Free.
