How AI Utbildningscentrum issues verifiable course certificates with Diplino
AI Utbildningscentrum (AIUC) is a Swedish AI training provider. It runs courses, workshops and lectures for small businesses, public organisations, municipalities and government agencies. In the interest of transparency: AIUC and Diplino share the same founder, and AIUC was Diplino's first user.
The challenge
AIUC trains everyone from a single entrepreneur on an open course to a whole team in one day. Each participant needs proof of what they completed, and the people who read that proof later, such as an employer or a manager, need to trust it without contacting AIUC.
How AIUC uses Diplino
AIUC issues its certificates through Diplino for all its courses, from AI for beginners to AI strategy and implementation. After an in-house training, the whole group gets their certificates in one batch. Open-course participants receive theirs individually, usually on the day of the course. Certificates are issued in Swedish or English, with AIUC's own logo and colours.
What participants get
Every certificate has its own verification page and QR code. Anyone holding the PDF can scan it and see within seconds that AIUC issued it, to whom, for which course and on what date. All data is hosted in the EU.
